SISRA Limited today welcomes Matt O'Brien to the Support Team. Matt most recently plied his trade as Data Manager at a local school. Matt is expert in both SIMS and SISRA and will no doubt become a valuable asset within the company. Welcome Matt.

1 million exam results processed

SISRA Online is pleased to announce that they successfully processed over 1 million exam results during the summer of 2011. The growth of the company year on year has resulted in its biggest ever summer for processing exam results and the recent six figure investment in upgrading the infrastructure helped to ensure that exam data could be analysed smoothly with 100% uptime throughout the entire period.

Successful Infrastructure Upgrade

With the advent of another busy results day in August, SISRA Limited is pleased to announce a major infrastructure upgrade which has increased network traffic capacity by 1200%. As well as this, all web and database servers were replaced earlier this year with faster 64-bit versions, increasing processing capacity by more than 300%.

SISRA Welcomes Steve Mogan to the Team!

SISRA continues to expand and today they welcome Steve Mogan to the technical support team. Steve comes to SISRA fresh from University. He achieved an BSc in Computing Science and carried out a PhD Studentship at Manchester Business School. Welcome aboard Steve!

ITIL provide a framework of best practise for Service Management and is being adopted as part of SISRA's strategy to ensure that they are providing the best possible service to their growing customer base.
